Better luck next year...

So been it's almost a whole year with school, work, the new 8th edition and other things, haven't done any of the things I set out to do. I've played games but not many if anything I think I just got my first win of 2017 last week. It was the new Blood Angel rules and good old IG against Morty and the death guard with help of Dark Mech. Bad rolling on the spy lead to us holding out until the end of the game as Morty and friend committed to the wrong objective.
With that hopefully next year since I'll be working closer, and the good old ball and chain with start school again, I might be able to get more invested in the blog and my IG.

3rd Squad of the Blue Bravos

So it's been a busy week not much done, however I did get started on paint some guardsmen. 3rd squad of Bravo platoon is where I'm at right now, so for easier identification on the field I decided to go with marking the helmet blue just as their right shoulder pad.

So there they are small start, only 200 more guardsmen to go and still got to make all the heavy weapons and wash the other five how fun. So an opioins?

Also maybe later this week I'll be getting some reinforcements from a former enthusiast of the hobby.

I'm thinking blue angels theme... won't be hard to do. Well until next time that I get something done. 

The Start of an Idea

Sigma Argolis System, this is the new system created to help me finish painting my Imperial Guard (don't care what they call them now), and other various armies. I've been working on my armies for the last 10yrs so now hopefully this is the push I need to help me finish all of them.

Now if I can get some more games in, I have a couple of friends who can help with this. So to this new adventure of blogging my improvements in this 40k hobby of mine.
